Home Buying Steps is a free companion for UK home buyers: a stage checklist, general guidance and email templates. It is provided “as is”, without warranty. It is not a live tracker of your purchase and holds no connection to solicitor, lender or agent systems.

Not advice

Home Buying Steps provides general guidance only — not legal, financial, mortgage or tax advice. See our not-advice disclaimer. You are responsible for decisions about your purchase; rely on your own solicitor and adviser.

Your account

• One account per person; keep access to your email secure.
• You may delete your account and all data at any time.
• We may suspend accounts used abusively or unlawfully.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Buying Steps is not liable for losses arising from your property purchase, including delays, failed transactions or decisions made using the app. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in the app.
